A. Refund/Return Policies

1. Customers who purchase PGYTECH products can enjoy an unconditional return service within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product (based on the courier records, the same below). When returning the product, customers must present valid proof of purchase and provide an invoice (if available). Customers must ensure that the returned product maintains its original quality and functionality, is in good condition, and has intact trademarks and certification marks. Any give-away or free products that are returned should be treated as newly bought products and be returned without fault so that they may be refurbished and resold.
Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged, the packaging box or any items are missing, or any other conditions affect its resale. The logistics costs incurred during the return process will be borne by the customer.
The refund shall be returned to the customer within sixty days from the date of receiving the returned goods that meet the requirements. The refund method is the same as the payment method. The specific date that funds are available to the customer may be affected by factors such as banks and payment institutions.

2. Within sixty (60) calendar days from the date the customer receives the product, any functional defects not caused by unauthorized use, once confirmed by the PGYTECH after-sales department, will qualify the customer for a return service. The customer must present valid proof of purchase and return the invoice (if available). If there are any gifts, they must be returned together.

3. Within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of receipt, any functional defects not caused by unauthorized use, once confirmed by PGYTECH after-sales, will qualify for a full product replacement. After replacement, the product's warranty period will be recalculated.

B. Warranty Policy
Within 60 calendar days from the date of receipt, any functional defects not caused by unauthorized use, once confirmed by PGYTECH's after-sales service, will be handled through repair services. This limited warranty policy only applies to products purchased directly from PGYTECH and its authorized dealers.

3-year Warranty: Quick Release Clamps&Plates, Camera Clips, MantisPod Series(Excluding MantisPod Power), Camera Straps(Shoulder&Wrist&Backpack) , MantisPod Z
1-year Warranty: Action Camera&Drone Accessories, CreateMate Card Reader Cases, MantisPod Power, Protective Wraps, Carrying Cases, CapLock Action Camera Quick Release Series.
C. Product and Part Replacement
In the event that warranty service involves the replacement of products or parts, the replaced products and parts will become the property of PGYTECH. The replacement products and parts will subsequently become the property of the customer. Only PGYTECH products and parts that have not been modified are eligible for replacement under this warranty. The replacement products or parts provided by PGYTECH may not be new but will be in good working condition and will meet or exceed the performance of the original items being replaced. Replacement products or accessories are entitled to the same warranty service as the original product for the remaining warranty period. The replacement products or accessories will be assigned a new serial number (SN).
Note:

1. Fabric soft products such as landing pad and carrying case, once washed, are no longer eligible for sixty (60) days without reason returns.
2. The unpacked protective cover/ protective case /films/ stickers are not eligible for sixty (60) days without reason returns.
3. Any items missing will not be eligible for sixty (30) days without reason return.
4. For warranty service, the following must be presented: dated proof of purchase, the SN code (located on the packaging or the product), and a description of the product's name and model.
5. If no proof of purchase is provided, the warranty period will commence 90 days after the product's manufacturing date. -
D. The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:

1. Damage caused by improper use or storage.
2. Damage resulting from not following the instructions in the user guide or due to intentional actions.
3. Unauthorized disassembly or modification of the product.
4. Belong to consumable parts or components.
5. Damage caused by repairs conducted by non-authorized personnel.
6. Failure to stop using the product after an issue occurs, resulting in further damage.
7. Exceeding the warranty period.
8. Issues caused by various human factors or force majeure (such as earthquakes, fires, wars, etc.) or other problems not inherent to the product.
E. After-sales service charges
For repair items not covered by the free service, paid repair services are available. The specific charges vary depending on the product and can be confirmed with after-sales support. If a part is replaced, it will be subject to a 6-month warranty.
F. Disclaimer

1. To protect the legitimate rights and interests of users, please carefully read the User Guide and Safety Instructions provided with this product before use. The company reserves the right to update these documents.
2. Once you start using this product, it is deemed that you have read, understood and accepted all the terms and contents of the User Guide and Safety Instructions of this product. The customer agrees to take responsibility for his actions and all consequences arising therefrom. The customer promises to use the product only for authorized purposes and agrees to this term and any related policies or guidelines that PGYTECH enacts.
3. Any personal injury, accident, property loss, legal dispute, or other adverse event causing conflicts of interest resulting from violation of the User Guide or Safety Instructions , or due to force majeure, shall be the user's responsibility. The company assumes no liability for these incidents.
4. The company will not be responsible for any illegal activities conducted directly or indirectly by the user while using this product.
5. The warranty service does not include claims for customer's incidental or indirect property losses.
6. The invalidity of any part of this policy does not affect the validity of other provisions. The final interpretation right of this policy belongs to the company.
7. PGYTECH is not responsible for any loss or disclosure of data through the product, including confidential, proprietary, or personal information.
G. OTHER NOTICES
✧ If you provide an incorrect shipping address or if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, any resulting loss will be the customer's responsibility.
✧ If you intend to return a product across international borders, you must first obtain the consent of PGYTECH. Any customs duties, clearance fees, or other related costs incurred will be borne by you.
✧ Upon receipt, please inspect the product for any damage(such as damage caused by logistics). Report any issues to PGYTECH's after-sales service within 24 hours. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the product's condition, and no claims will be accepted thereafter.
